When does Yahoo change it's "Top Ten" lists under each category heading?

Seems like they never do !!! That can't be right??

1. It used to be daily, then weekly, then it broke, then they fixed it, then it was weekly again and finally last summer ('08) it broke again. They keep saying they are working on a 'long-range' solution, but how 'long' is anybody's guess.
2. The leader boards stopped getting updated around July last year, they were getting updated sporadically for a while before that, but I suppose that on the list of problems they have with the site, Yahoo has more important things to fix.
