How does the last sentence of the preamble in the Declaration of Independence relate to the third section?

The third section lists the grievances against King George III.

To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world." That's the last sentence to the D.I. These two are related because they both bring up things the King did against the 13 colonies.
  2. "To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world." well the facts are the list of grievances and how the king "mistreated" the colonists and their colonies. and candid meaning honest to where they dont have to lie about the things the king did.
