Is there a software or template to easily build a product listing page for people to sell stuff on my website.?

I want them to login, upload product info with pic and then automatically create a paypal button for them so it points to their PP account. Also I want to charge $1.00 per listing. Can this be done quickly?

1. Sure - if you know what you're doing. Otherwise it'll take you about 6 months minimum to learn programming and all the languages you'll need to learn. You don't build a custom website using programs, you build it using knowledge.
2. Yes there is a template that allows you to simple input your own Paypal email address and start selling products of your choice. You can change the price to $1.00 easily.
