Would i make more money being a real estate or business management major?

Im graduating at a top university in two years. I took many business courses already, but at these final two years i have to choose what i really want to do in business. What are your oppinions?

1. get a nursing degree or a masters in medical administration
2. There is no such thing as a degree in real estate. Most business majors are Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics. I highly suggest accounting, it opens much more job opportunities, you can work in management or finance jobs with an accounting degree but you cant work in accounting with the other degrees.
3. If you want to get into real estate, study anything you want to---preferably finance related. Then get your Real Estate license and join a firm. Be warned though: The real estate market is in total disarray at the present. It will take 3-5 years before it will be advantageous to be in that industry.
4. It was announced by Robert Half & Associates (Public Acctg. firm; long time forecasters, among most recognized authority) announced today that in the next ten years, that 4 of the 5 biggest needs would be in #1-#4 = Diff Paths in IT; #5 would be in Business/Finance. I've referred students to them for 30 years! Considering how long reasonable recovery may take, especially in R.E., you may want to hedge your bets on that. In AZ there Hundreds of Thousands of fully constructed, unoccupied communities. The major developers here (and AZ & NV) lead the country in development, and they have effectively put the breaks on any new comm. or Res. That paragraph was FYI
