What is the best free web page building site ?

I have several products that range from original art work, ( painting, wood carvings ) retablo,santo replicas,mexican colonial style furnitures items imprted from the Philippines and collectible books. I would like to develope a sigle page listing that can be maintained as products change. Would appreciate some tips on how to do this. I am pretty new to this but have bought and sold items on e-bay and Amazon and would like to sell more products. Thanks in advance !
