What would a $50 body buider's grocery list form 1 week look like?

Im a broke weight lifter who likes to eat a lot. But tis week I only have $50 for food left in my budget. What would that look like??

  1. 1. 21 cans of tuna = $21 (3x day) (cheapest protein) 2. 1 sliced bread (complex carbs) = $3 3. 14 apples (simple carbs + fibers) = $9 4. 14 eggs(protein + fat) = $6 5. 7 slices of cheese + 7 slices of turkey + 1 lettuce = $11 That's your $50 shopping list. Not exactly body builder nutrition, but considering your money constraint, that's about as good as it gets.
  2. 1 Large 6lb tub of weight gainer. (i like cytogainer the best. they go for around $50 and include 20 or so servings at 1000 calories per serving and perfectly balanced for protein and carbs) take it twice a day (before and after working out) and you will be gaining mass in no time.
