i need to lose pounds by friday the 21st...can you make me a whole weeks work of lists of food each day that i need to eat to lose weight and exercise i need to do to lose as well? ps. i have soccer practice 2 times a week for an hour and a half each practice.

- well in wrestling, they make us run around the gym with a sweatshirt on 10 times about everyday plus practice. so thats what id do. sweat the pounds off. of course tho thats unhealthy. if u want to talk more about it pm me
