adding contacts to my messenger lists is not working?

i reinstalled messenger several times,and still giving me the same problem for years.yahoo services are really bad.in my windows live messenger evrything work so well,so my computer is not the problem

On versions 8.0 and above of Yahoo Messenger you can add contacts from your Windows Live Messenger list to your Yahoo Messenger list and vice versa.
