how do I get a daily list of stock offerings(BUY/SELL) on a particular stock on a daily basis?

1. You cannot. For blue chip stocks, the volume of transactions is in the HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS!! The ONLY people who have even slight access to that information is the actual exchange itself...but this information is NOT public.
