What do you do when so many people around you scheme & con, and you see them making a lot of extra money?

I work hard and try to do everything "by the book", but it seems like the people who make money the wrong way always seem to come out on top. I have a full time job and I'm trying to get an additional part time job, I'm owed $25,000 in child support that I cannot collect, AND... I have 3 very small side businesses that I do. But no matter what, I can't get ahead. I'm not in credit card debt and I don't live above my means. The people I work with are always doing illegal things to make money, they brag about it and show off and it just makes me sick. Anybody else in a situation like this? And last but not least, it seems like everything is always going wrong for me but everything always works out for these people.

1. People that do these things have no conscience. They don't care about anyone but themselves. Let them get caught and I bet they will be singing a different tune.
2. An anonymous tip to the police may put them in their place. As far as your situation, I commend you for doing things "by the book". Maintain your dignity and self-respect, hopefully things will work out in your favor. If they don't, at least you have your pride and know that you did not compromise morals to get ahead.
