  1. Harry Potter books ROCK ON! That's my suggestion.
  2. The Harry Potter series is a great way to improve your reading level and it's interesting. I know it's a lot to read, but it goes by very fast and it is interesting. Also, the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants series is one that is worth while for teenagers. It may sound girly but I was a tomboy and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Sarah Dessen wrote a very sweet novel called "Someone Like You" that I absolutely love. Anything by her is decent. Perhaps the Other Boleyn Girl? I love, love, love that book. So interesting and it's actually based on what happened with Henry the 8th back when he was king so you can actually learn something while you read something worthwile. Also, the Chronicles of Narnia is a great series to read and it's like Twilight but different...
  3. The Anita Blake (Vampire Hunter) series by Laurell K. Hamilton! This is my favorite series by far about a woman named Anita Blake who is 24, or somewhere around there, who is a Necromancer; a person who can raise the dead. She is a detective who solves preternatural murders and is known as "The Executioner" because she is also a Vampire killer/bounty hunter. This series is filled with vampires, lycnathropes, were-people (wererats, werewolves, etc.), witches, voodoo, ghouls, and much much more. The first book in the series is named Guilty Pleasures but, surprisingly, the series doesn't get sexual until the 4th or 5th book. So far there are I think 14 books in the series and it's still not complete. I do have to warn you though when it does get "romantic" it's practically pornographic. All in all, my favorite series. The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins!! This is a very good book about Katniss, a sixteen-year-old girl, who is thrown into a futuristic gladiatoral televised games where 23 other kids, a boy and a girl from each of the 12 districts, between the ages of 12 and 18, I think, fight to the death. This is a really good suspense filled book. It also has a tiny bit of romance. Maximum Ride by James Patterson!!! This is a youthful book about a fifteen-year-old girl named Max(imum Ride) who has a flock, Fang, Iggy, Nudge, Gazzy (Gasman), and Angel, of avian-hybrid kids (they have wings) that escaped from "The School". Fang and Iggy are her age while Nudge and Gazzy are younger and Angel is eight, maybe. Anyway it is a series of 5 books, so far, about their grand escapes, rescues, fights, and various adventures. It is somewhat immature but you have to keep in mind that it is written in the view point of a fifteen-year-old girl. A very exciting and good read. Also a tiny bit of romance in books 4 and 5. The Anita Blake series I would not recomment unless you are okay with reading about death and gore and sex. The others are great for any teenage reader! Hope This Helped!!-
  4. The Harry Potter series, of course. Also try books by Sarah Dessen and Meg Cabot, they're very good writers.
  5. Duh!!!!!!!!!!! Harry Potter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a book action-packed with fun and adventure. It sucks you in and once you begin reading it you are addicted. I mean you don't see people complaining about Harry Potter having no plot. Well except for the Twitards who haven't read it or are trying to ruffle some feathers. Deep down, everyone who read it loved it, they just don't want to admit it. Well since that is 7 books right there let me think of about 3 more. The Lord of the Rings trilogy. I haven't read it myself but my brother has and he said it was superbly written. But that's only if you are into fantasy. If you like sad books I suggest The boy in the striped pajamas. Hope this helped!
  6. faerie path by frewin jones, it's a series and the fourth is coming out on may 5! and warrior princess by the same author
