Abby's Top Ten List Poll: What characters would you put among your Top Ten Movie Villains of All Time?

Going all the way back to the old black and white movies, what villains would you list among your Top Ten of All Time? Not the one you happened to see in the last movie you saw, but the Villain who will stand the test of time. Thanks!
