how do i register my ps3 to playstation network? do i have to register each game too before playing online?how?

1st of all i had a lot of problems starting an internet connection thru my router. then when it did & i tried to register my ps3 online 1st of all the language changes each tym i enter into "Create a new account" 2nd the cursor does not go to the top 4 blocks 3rd it says site under maintenance. how do i register now? plzzzz help me cause i m bored playin the same games again & again & want to go online. do i have have to pay for playin online? can't i play without registering??????plzzzzhelp for heaven's SAKE

1. after connecting to the internet go to create new account and set up a Master Account, that's the only way it will work don't set up a sub account that won't get u anywhere and no u don't have to register each game before u play them online. This is the only way it should work if not then contact Sony!
2. after successfully connecting the console to the net, you should be able to create an account for the playstation network, then it should be connected automatically every time you start your console. you only create an account once. about 2nd and 3rd can't answer. to play online you don't have to pay nothing. don't know if you can play without having a psn account. but having a psn account it lets you download and install the most recent patches of the games you have (if they support it), just insert the game and start it, if it finds a new patch it will ask you if you want to download it and install it. hope i helped :)
