What are the sexiest Hip Hop songs from the late 90's to now?

I'm trying to figure out this song by a female hip hop artist. I think the song is a few years old but it's really slow with a lot of bass and it's the PERFECT song if you're alone with your girl/guy. But in general, if you have any suggestions - I'd appreciate it. Nothing before the late 90's though please.
