Latest Lists

Does anyone know where to get great book lists?

I'm looking for a list of "greatest literature of all time" and things like that. I'd like pretty internationally accepted lists too, but anything is great. Thanks!

3. My personal favorite is this one: http://www.listsofbests.com/ It has everything from books to music, and includes things like the Pulitzer Prize and the Booker Prize. The fun thing is you get to track what you have "consumed." It's undergone a lot of changes in recent years, but it's still a great site, and a fun one for getting information and lists of literature.
4. This is a highly political and/or religious and/or philisophical question, of which you may not be aware. Your local school district will have a link on its website to what your district or state feels are the greatest lists of books. Each college library has a myriad of these lists. Entire religions have thier lists published, but - not always under an openly religious handle. Publishing cites tend to carry lists that include really awful books that were published under their heading. The fact is there is no simple agreement on this. It is a worthy search in search engine land. Amazon has an entire section related to lists of every kind. Good luck!
