Whats the difference between the 2 top ten lists in the dogs section?

Besides the people on the lists. http://ca.answers.yahoo.com/dir/stars?sid=396546021 http://answers.yahoo.com/dir/stars?sid=396546021 Why is Walking Lady #1 on the first list, when she has only 826 best answers and there are people on the other list that have more than that. Are they different lists because of voting and being chosen by the asker?

2. i think the 1st list is of the people with the most points and the 2nd list is the people with the most best answers edit:maybe you could email soem people on the lists and ask them what country they are in (to see if its a canadian and usa list) before you email check to see when the person was last on yahoo (some of those people havent been on for months/years)
3. The first list is for Canada only and the second list is for the USA I believe.
4. I have no clue. I didn't even know I was in the top 10 on one of the lists. I think I should get a prize or something or a star on my Avatar lol. I'm still waiting for my stupid Yahoo tote bag! 7. OK, permission to slap your monitor if this is a stupid answer: List # 1 is Canada List #2 is all English speaking countries When I go on Y!A, I go to http://answers.blah.blah.blah -- the "all English speaking countries" one, which is why there are alot more answers there <???>

11. I think Laura and the other person are correct. When you click on the first link, (the ca) up at the top it says Yahoo Canada. The other just says regular old yahoo. Why CANADA gets their OWN yahoo is a much better question - what's up with that??!!
12. The first one is Yahoo Canada, and the second one is American. I'm from Canada, and I'm on the first one.
