  1. Sounds bogus. My gut instinct is not good here. Stay away.
  2. If it is broken English and sounds fishy... you be the judge. That is not typical business lingo.
  3. you bet your butt it is a scam they will want to send check for more than the item then want you to western union them the extra may even offer you to keep some extra the check will be a fake you will have sent them money plus you will have to pick up the check you cashed and could end up being prosecuted for passing bad checks this is just one of the many ways this scam works lol tell them cash only on pick up that will be the last you hear from them
  4. this is a scam, stay away from it. Here are a couple of links for you, please check them out. www.craigslist.org/about/scams.html www.fraudguides.com/internet-craigslist-scams.asp www.ehow.com/how_2297457_avoid-scams-craigslist.html
  5. The whole thing makes no sense. You say: "I put an add on crags list for me looking for a car for 500". That says to me that you are looking for a car to buy and are willing to pay $500 for it. The response indicates that the person responding is willing to buy, not sell. That is not a scam, it is totally sensless. Maybe you left out something or misstated your position. If you want people to give you a sensible answer you need to clarify what you are saying.
