Can I view the accepted list of international colleges for Canada online?

I'm going to study international in the Netherlands and live there, but if I want to become a kindergarten teacher in Canada, I need to know which international colleges my degree will be valid for in Canada. I know I need to check with the ministry of education, but is there a way to view this list online or something?

1. CANTEACH. com lists some international universities that will give you the right credentials to teach in canada, but they are only in ireland. england and australia. From what i understand the program must be set up like the Canadian ones (you need a certain number of practicum hours, or in class hours where you work with a teacher and learn in their class room). just try some google searches about the process....
