How do I know what I am meant to do when I grow up? How do I get to the top of my career?

I am in high school, going on my last year (then doing an extra for some more classes I missed) and I am really thinking about what I should do for my career. I am planning on going to college, but there is a few things I want to do, but don't know if it would be a bad idea, because I don't know how I would get noticed in that career path and start making money, because I would like to make lots. The careers I am interested in, and know the basics of are: Film editing (really want this) Lawyer (I read that you can do behind the scenes lawyer work which would be better, as I am not sure how doing the actual courtroom stuff works) Internet business (although I don't have an exact business I am sure about) Most importantly, a FUN job that will support me in a nice house (and maybe a child if I have one) and under one of those categories, or something along the lines. Thanks for any advice!
