to the people with section 8 vouchers?

my sister is 18 and pregnant and she is looking for a place she works but only part time...i am trying to figure out how to get her on the waiting list for section 8 she lives in homewood illinois..but is trying to move in chicago like 10 minutes away from her.... i am currently in chicago so its no big deal i just need to know the steps...please help me....and is there a way to apply online

1. I'M FROM GEORGIA BUT IT IS A WEBSITE THAT YOU CAN GO TO WHICH Y'ALL WOULD PROBABLY BE ILLINOIS.GOV AND CLICK ON SECTION 8 I'M PRETTY SURE U CAN DO AN APPLICATION ON LINE
2. Your sister should also apply for public housing.
