What is the deal with the casual encounters section of craigs list? How is this not prostitution?

It's seems pretty obvious to me. These people are offering sex for money. Is there something I'm missing?

1. Initeresting point. I may have to go undercover to truly answer this one, wink wink. Seriously, you have a good point. Perhaps they are succeeding the same way offline "escort" services do it. to perfectly honest, I live maybe 8 miles from an obvious brothel disguised as intimate dancing. Should I do something about it? Does anybody really care?
2. If they require money then it is prostitution and there have been tons of busts. Just google search "craigslist" and "prostitution bust" and you'll see loads of examples. There also lots of jaywalkers but the cops are busy with real crime.
