Is there another place other than angies list to let people know about business' who take your money and run?

I live in Maryland and had a landscaping & removal take money and not do the work. I heard of Angie's list ,but you have to pay and join. I was looking for someplace I could let people know what happened to me to prevent it happening again to someone else.
