How do I sell a small hardwood flooring company. Any insights would be great if it s even possible.?

My dad and I own a very successful Hardwood flooring company for about 5 years now. We have 3 vans with full crew and annual gross ranges from 75- 105k. I wanted to know if we can sell the company and if so how do we go about it? We are licensed, insured, A+ on angies list, huge client list and refferals. I do not know if these things even matter. We also have all the equipment needed. We advertise on the internet and yellow pages. Any kind of information would be great. thanks

1. check with commercial sales realtor. look for local based realtor and ask what percent of sale they get. it differs from place to place. don't forget economy is crap right now.
2. u only said you want to know how to sell; not why! YOU have history, happy clients, etc. WHY not sell the company to the crew? I can guide you on the paperwork or any biz atty there can do it. will help further if asked
