Top 10 lists?

Does anyone know what are the top 10 PPV buys? The top 10 live gates? the top 10 boxer paydays? Do you have these numbers adjusted for inflation? Thanks Cash! Let me know if you stumble across any of that hard data.

  1. This is 3 good questions. It would take too long to list all of the info but here's some valuable info for those who have the time. Holyfield, Tyson, and De la Hoya have been involved in the biggest Gates.....there is probaly a small connection with PPVs and Paydays, for example...Mayweather/ Oscar got paid somewhere in the neighborhood of 35million between the two with Oscar getting 20 in the loss. The fight eclipsed the Lewis/Tyson fight of 2002 as biggest PPV ever, in terms of monies made. Oddly enough, the same fight (Oscar &Floyd) breaks the old gate record by Holyfield and Lennox...unless you adjust for inflation, in that case Holyfields fight still remains. Anyway, I dont have time to think on this one. Nor can I locate all of my necessary facts and figures. The fighters I train are pretty good, but they aren't in line to challenge for the 19, 20.7, 18.1, 18.4, 18.7, 15.9, 13.8, 13.8,10.9 and 10 million dollar gate records. Their names arent Holyfield, De la Hoya nor Tyson. hint hint. Floyd isn't one of my fighters either. Nontheless, this is a great question.
  2. Wish I knew but a great question anyway. I'll keep looking back in to see if anyone gives you the correct answer I'm curious now
