after unblocking a hotmail contact i cannot tick the show this contact in my online list?

i tried to block feature ... deleted then blocked a contact .. but now that i have readded they are not showing on my online list even though i know they are online. Ive tried ticking the show this contact in my online list but it wont save it .. does anyone know why

1. It takes 30 seconds to open a new account. I would just go into accounts and close it and open a new one. It seems to me that blocking spam and emails is a pain in the ar*e.
2. go to tools, options, privacy. Put your contact into your allow list.
3. I think it's just slow at the moment. Give it some time and patience :) By tomorrow it will defenatly be sorted and hopefully later on today.
