Where is there a list online of local banks that dont check Chex Systems to open a new account?
I do not want some cheesy website that I have to pay to find out. I have been wrongly reported and am fighting the report, but in the meantime I am stuck until it gets resolved. I need a bank in order to at least get a debit card and cash my paychecks. I have not been very successful in finding a bank as of yet. Help!

- well i use a credit union and they didnt use the chex systems. you can always call and ask if they do. they wont know it was u if u do go in and open one. plus walmart will cash payroll checks along with some grocery stores.
- As far as I am aware most if not all banks and credit unions report to chex-systems. If you have resolved the issue or can show proof that you do not owe money to another institution many banks will override chex-systems, however your proof can't be you stating that you don't owe another bank money. Some banks do have accounts that are for higher risk individuals but you have to pay a monthly fee for the account, but you are given a debit card. You may want to see if your local bank has anything of the sort.
