How can I get a mailing list of cosmetologists in California by county?

I'm looking to offer a clipper and scissor sharpening service to cosmetologists in San Diego county. Does anybody know of a mailing list that goes to home addresses (as opposed to sending 50 mailings to a salon where 50 cosmetologists work)? Does anybody know of a way to get e-mail addresses for cosmetologists? I assumed that since the state requires licensing - all of which is public record - it would be easy to get the info... but not so much... Thanks a ton!

1. they can't legally give you a list of cosmetologists in the area, but try going in the yellow book and giving business cards to different salons. we have a guy that comes to our salon once a month and offers shear sharpening from his vehicle or from his business, and he always leaves a handful of business cards to keep in our stations :] that is the best way to go about it. i hope this helps you out and good luck with your business!!!
