top 10 hip hop business that are making money?

I want to start a Business in Urban/Hiphop. I know some of them like record labels, music and the like, but want to explore my options. I recently came into some cash and want to invest it in a business. Can anyone name some hiphop businesses that are making money for me. Please help me.

1. record labels, publishers, royalty companies.. i dunno O.o its pretty hard to compete against the huge labels that are out there already though, i mean they make scary huge amounts of money..
