How do you delete the lists on my address book?

I added lists on my address book contacts such as freinds and family. I see the add button to add another list but I want to delete a list. How would I do that? Just in case I'm not talking about categories. I can't even edit the lists.

2. You got two places to do this. Go to view/contact details for each contact and delete way in the bottom left. You can also click on the contact and under contact,at the top of the YM window, delete , also way in the bottom.
