What are the best mailing list companies for consumers interested in head, body and facial massage?

I'm in the process of putting my 1st project together, and would like to know the best consumer lists for my target market, reaching prospective customers by direct mail.

1. Thats a tough one to target with a mailing. People who are stressed, injured. People who value massage and their health. Direct mail takes a lot of time and money but if you have the money and the time to wait to make it work. You can't just do one mailing to one group. You have to keep doing mailings until you figure out the right combination of special offer and services to get people to come in. There are much better ways to get massage clients. Having a website that gets found for 'massage, your city' and also having a website that provides more than enough info to build relationships with potential clients. Build a referral network. Get current clients to refer their friends. Building a massage business is about building relationships.
