My sim wants to have 5 top level businesses?

My sims aspiration is to have 5 top level businesses I have got two businesses one I think is level 4 and the other level 2. How many levels do you need to get it top level and is there any cheats possibly.

1. For it to be a "Top Level Business" It has to be level 10. And no I don't know of any cheats, sorry.
