  1. If the cameras are on the Local Area Network (computer network) so they can be seen from computers at work, then all that is needed is remote access to the business LAN. If the cameras are not connected to the LAN at the business, then the first step is to do that... Whoever is doing the installation should be able tell you how to do what you want. Since we don't know which cameras or what their connectivity is, it is difficult to advise you further.
  2. It depends what you have already bought. Digital video recorders are available with network/web connections built in.
  3. Usually if your work CCTV system is not too old the recording can be made using: - DVR (digital video recorders) - Computer with recording software (and in some cases with DVR cards) So we have 2 cases. 1. DVR Some DVRs have a Ethernet interface (if you can find RJ45 plug on it), if not you can replace existing DVRs with network. In this case you can connect it to your network. And configure "Port Forwarding" on your network router to allow access to DVR from home. If you have a network administrator you can ask him to install VPN for higher security. 2. PC with recording software Many software recorders allow remote monitoring. If not you can use software like Remote Desktop or RAdmin to see your cameras.
