Full list of English words with word type (noun, adjective, verb, etc) and definition?

I am looking to parse a large number of English words that also contain the information of what type of word it is (noun, adjective ,etc) and its definition. A spreadsheet is preferable as it makes it a lot easier to parse. I currently have a list with 100 000+ entries but it has no definitions. I saw a *NIX list but it only has 25 000 entries and has no definitions or word type info. Your help is much appreciated.

1. There's this really strange type of book called a dictionary. It lists what the word is, its various definitions, and sometimes even has sample sentences or pictures! I can understand if you've never heard of it. It's pretty rare to find one. Maybe if you try really hard you'll one day discover one for you to use. I hear their words are listed in alphabetical order too, supposedly making it easy to "parse" through them! But that's just the word on the street. It may be a myth.
