Do you find it interesting that Oprah's Book Club hasn't included either of Obama's books?
I checked the book club site and neither is listed nor is there any comments on her part about the books. I find this interesting considering her strong support of Obama. BTW, I HIGHLY recommend that everyone in the US read "The Audacity Of Hope". It is an extremely interesting book and reveals the heart of the POTUS. btw, I am a hard-core conservative.
Public Comments
- Oprah's average viewer can read?
- Yes a must read!
- I'm not sure whats more scarier, the fact your in your oprahs book club or that you recommend obamas books..
- No. Politics is the last thing most people want to look at.
- She is probably scared her reputation is already on the line.
- Obama's books are not noteworthy. Hence, Oprah would not include them. It may interest you to know that several linguistic experts have concluded that not only did Obama not write "Dreams From My Father", but it was actually authored by the 1960s terrorist Bill Ayers. (who Obama claims he only knows in passing... even though Obama started his political career in Ayers' Chicago home) I dare you to compare the two books. Certainly, "The Audacity of Hope" was probably largely re-written and "pumched up" by someone who is a more gifted writer than Obama, but compare the styles. They are completely different. Then buy a book authored by Bill Ayers. If you don't see the striking similarity, then you're just willfully ignoring the obvious.
- know Oprah i find that strange
- It doesn't include Bill O'Reilly's book either. So?
