Question about a baby shower list?

My mom wants me to make up a list of things that I do not have yet for the baby so she can send it out with the invitations. I was given a used breast pump and I've read reviews saying that it wasn't a good pump, and the person who gave it to me said that it hurt really bad and she didn't like it. So, I was wondering if on the list I should put a breast pump on it. I know that I'm not going to get everything on the list but should I still put it on there?

1. Yes, put it on there. I did and I got one at one of my showers.
2. You should never send a list of things you want with the invites. This always looks like you are saying "I am having a party, if you would like to come bring something from the list and I shall let you in." You can always register for a new pump, you are not supposed to use one someone else used anyway.
3. Yea, why not? It wont hurt to put in on the list, even if you don't get one from your party, I would get a new one anyways.
4. sure, my thought about making a registry (or gift list) is to always select items from many different price ranges... so yes a pump is expensive but parents buy expensive thing usually and also people can pitch in to get larger gifts, that's what my coworkers did
5. I would definitely! I wouldn't give something to someone that hurt me! I adore the kindness but still!!
