Is it proper to list adult children of the bride in the wedding announcement?

Adult children were not in the wedding party but would like to list their names

1. Did they contribute to the wedding in some way? If the answer is no, than they do not belong on the program.
2. You can if you want to. Most people don't them if they are adults.
3. they are apart of the family that the groom is marrying into...why not?
