Stores and internet sites and any business don't consider their top ten best customers and ups the price no even them who give them the most business!

1. Its called business. Its not about fair. Go somewhere else if you don't want to spend money.
2. Have you asked them directly? My guess is that most online retailers and stores care very much about their top customers. If you think you are a top ten customer somewhere (how do you know that you are?) why not ask for a discount and see what happens?
