I threatened my neighbor with a knife then slapped her and threw her into a wall? Should I worry?

Hey so I am 14 years old and my name is Courtney. I live in this huge house and my neighbors name is Denise and she is black, divorced, and she is a business woman but she complains so much! I was in my living room was once doing palates to Single Ladies, fairly quietly and she came banging on my door and told me to shut up. My parents were out in the backyard bbq'ing when this happened... Also once she was being a b!ttch to my mom and my mom slapped her and told her to get out. And I have been staying home alone the past 3 days because my parents are on a business trip. I wanted to throw a party so I asked my parents and they said yes, but an adult MUST supervise. So I asked my aunts 20 year old boyfriend (he is so awesome) to watch the party and he said yes. The party ended maybe 2 hours ago. My aunts boyfriend was in the basement watching a lot of the guys making sure they dont f around, and I was upstairs. The music wasn't that loud, and yeah people were talking and screaming but it wasn't that loud at all. Then Denise (my neighbour) fully walks into my house without asking, and she was NOT INVITED TO THE PARTY! I also had a slice of pizza on the counter which I was going to eat and she walked past it and threw it on the floor! I told her to get out or I am calling the police. She said not until some people leave and the music is turned down. I was like, if she doesn't leave, I will turn the music up and get everyone to be louder. She said she will call the police and I told her go ahead, its really early and its not even that loud. Then I turned the music on super loud and I lifted my top up (I had a bra underneath, I was JOKING!) and everyone was like WOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOO really loud and Denise got angry. Then I was at the side of the house eating and Denise came and argued with me. Also my bra strap was sticking out from the side of my top... no biggie right? Well me and Denise kept arguing (she is 30 years older than me!) and she told me she is gonna call the cops. Then she grabbed my bra strap and pulled it and let go and it hit my skiN! WTF that is assault! I slapped her face so hard and grabbed her and threw her into the wall and went inside and slammed the door. Should I wrry? THX xoxoxox PS I FORGOT TO MENTION... When I went outside with her, I took a knife with me and I touched her face and boobs with it and she knocked it out of my hand and then took it with her.

If it was me, I would worry that she would press charges against me for assault..if she hit you and you didn't hit her, then you could file charges on her, but you kicked her *ss so if she really wants 2 b a b*tch then she will press charges.The next time,if she hits you,don't hit her back..just call the cops and you can get her for harassment.

5. i would have called the police. depending on where you live, there is a law that people in the neighborhood can not call police about loud music until after a certain time. that is assult and it could get her in trouble since your 14 yrs old. you might want to worry and not.
6. well to be honest with you, you should not have slapped her outside of your house. What you should have done is when she barged into your house like she did you should have called the police right then and there.I'm not to sure if the whole bra thing is assault or not. I know i saw thins buy if it were my house and she just walked in, and or didn't leave when asked I know it would not have been pretty from that moment. She needs to learn some respect for others homes.

9. With all the slapping going on some is going to end up in jail soon. If her snapping your bra at you is assault then what do you call slapping this person, a kiss? So instead of acting like fools call the police instead of arguing with her, common sense call the police, 911!!!!!!!!!!!!
10. Hitting her back wasn't such a good idea she had the advantage in the beginning since she was at our home and assaulted you, but then again if you have witnesses clarifying this maybe you could have a slight of advantage.
11. Well, she grabbed you first and that can be self defense. But you should worry because she can call the cops on you and that can either be a misdemeanor or a felony depending if you go to jail and court. You do have witnesses, so talk to your friends to back you up. If your neighbor files a report and because you are under age your parents can be in deep water. They can serve jail time, pay fines and probably do community service. You need to talk to your parents about what happened.
12. just a tad. you were defending yourself. but i think you shouldnt have overreacted and called the cops. she trespassed your house, she assaulted you. she is a grown ass woman and has no freaking right to yell at you. let alone touch you. next time you should call the cops. dont say anything to her dont even look at her go to the phone and call the cops.
13. well she did ALOT of wrong things and she sounds like the worst neighbor ever! but you could have handled this sittuation better. Mabye the music really was loud but it wasnt that loud to you and it was very loud to her, but what she could have done was calmly told you to turn it down insted of making a big seen with you. Insted of loosing ur temper you could have called ur mother and told her what was happening or you could have called the police on HER. I will admit that when you slapped her that was AWSOME! but still that was wrong and you could have handled it more muturly, but i would be worryed, because she will most likley call the police on you and prease charges for assult, but all you have to do is calmly explain to the police officer your side of the story and be mature.
