How to compact a long 40 page list into a 10 page list?

I have two columns one with the number of some automotive parts, and one with the prices to right of the first column. They go down to about 40 pages. I would like to know how to make it so instead of there being two columns on each page to about 4 columns in each page to make it a shorter list overall. Understand?
