3 of my friends,who don't know each other asked me about planning a baby shower n my friends list.I'm confused?

bcoz they are not pushing for it and for some personal reasons I cannot have the shower after 15th of dec. How do I approach one of them...also is it ok to have the shower at my place? who should pay for food?

1. They can all plan it together or if they wanna fight over it, plan it yourself. I took the liberty of planning mine my d*mn self, even did a lot of the decorating. My mom and best friend provided food. Some people brought their own dishes. Don't worry about being so traditional. It'll be fine. Just have everyone bring their own dish!
2. take a pot luck aproach so all of the food costs aren't on you. just buy some drinks and simple appitizers let them work things out
3. All of you should be helping each other buy food and make it fair. good luck.
