Does trickle down economics really work?
you give the top the money and it will eventually find its way down. isn't it better to go from the bottom up, i can guarantee that it will find its way up. wouldn't that make businesses Truly compete for our money.

- It would work if someone would take the extra effort to put some meat behind it by creating tough rules. The problem with it right now if you look at the banks and mortgages they are too greedy holding on to the money they got from the government to address the loans for all their previous greed. They should have been forced to lend money but instead hoarded the money and requested more, which still isn't freely flowing to stop people from losing their home to the same bankers who illegally got these people in the homes. Greed was rampant and it hasn't stopped. Working from the bottom up, at least when the government gave tax credits people spent that money buying things and when they did the junkers people purchased cars. I would bet that more cars were purchased by consumers than homes saved by the greedy bankers during that same time frame. You can go from there to figure what works. I hope this helps you think it through. Good luck
