How can I get lists of all the houses sold by different real estate brokers, with details?

Each list should include the asking prices, the prices actually paid, the date each house was listed, the date each was sold, etc. I want to use such lists to help me decide which real estate broker to list my house with.

1. I've never known that "list" to be made public. It's only accessible through those who are members of their local real estate board. Why don't you google "interview questions for listing agents" and compile your own list of pertinent questions important to you. When making the appointment for the interview, you can ask they bring such a "list" with them to include in their presentation. Suggestion: If interviewing multiple brokerages, be sure to include the brokerage or agent who has the strongest market share in your neighborhood and area. Existing signage is a good indicator.
