does any body now old songs need help pls ??late 1960's pls help.?

see my father said that he will give me $100 and i really need this money so i can buy xmas presents. . my father is looking for this song from about 40 years he use to listen to it when he wa 20, i think it was the late 1960's and it was a hit in Romania on the radio, but all he remembers is that in the song there was a lyric like what a kiss or want a kiss something like that, it was a light/slow song but it had good rhythm when he would say what a kiss/want a kiss. it was a male singer ans it was in english>?
