Does using the PC or watching computer in the dark deteriorate vision?

1. yes, it puts a bigger strain on the eye. As the room is darker, the pupil has to strain up to 3x more then it would normally. Side effects of this like lowered vision don't usually occur until later on in life, but theres a link in the sources i have provided below with plenty of information.
