Real Estate Secrets For 2010 (make top dollars without ever using any of your own money or credit)?

There has been a lot hype over "New Start Real Money Real Fast" Real Estate System and was wondering if anyone has actually truly made money with this system. I like everyone else would love to find a way to generate extra cash through a home based business exept do not want to sell juice, make-up or any other products to my friends and family. I would simply like to find a true way to generate real cash without a lot of time, effort and money. Is it impossible ?

2. If it is so great, why isn't everyone doing already? The purveyors of these "systems" make a vast majority of their from the selling of these systems and next to no money from using the system themselves. The only real home based business is for you to find something that you do, do well and see if there is a demand for that product/service.

4. Real estate investing is a wonderful way to increase your net worth and build up a nest egg for retirement, but it is certainly not without work. I worked my fanny off scrubbing rentals and developing land but was able to retire 15 years later. Can you do it with no money of your own? Probably not. I bought one new house without down payment but I had solid resources. In this day and age, I think you'll need some cash to get started unless you take a property that someone is really, really tired of owning. Do not pay anyone for information how to get rich in real estate. There are free books available in the library that are more reliable.
5. if you are buying investment real estate, you will need 20% down payment plus more cash for closing costs or you won;t get financing and you then have to find tenants for the property - you will be lucky to make $100 a month positive cash flow - it you are even able to rent it for enough money to pay all your monthly costs
6. Of course it's impossible and of course it's a scam. There is no "true way to generate real cash without a lot of time, effort and money". Time, effort and money ARE what generates cash. As long as there are people who want to believe otherwise, the get rich quick scammers will make money on their money.
