Are Books ever removed from the banned or challenged list?

curious.. once you are on the banned or challenged list, can it ever be removed from that list?

1. I think that is the case with, "Huckleberry Finn," among others. Read up on Huck Finn; I know it wasn't allowed for quite some time, but it's back.
2. It can be. It all depends on the generation I think. There were many books that have been banned throughout history based on the people's way of thinking at that time. Those same banned books are not banned anymore and lots of people enjoy them. What used to offend people back then isn't as offensive now.
