What is a good play list for working out?
i like to run 3 miles so i need about 45 min of up beat, inspirational music. any suggestions?

- You should not use a MP3 player when you run outside because of safety concerns. Never use treadmills because they do not work your opposing muscles. If you have to use a MP3 player, leave one ear bud out so you can hear what is going on around you. Meanwhile, I recommend classic rock like Bruce Springstein, Tom Petty, The Who, Killing Floor, Steppenwolf, BTO, and Whitesnake to get your blood flowing.
- Any of the marches like (Star and Stripes Forever) will give you that added energy to kick up your step.
