Why some online videos are not coming in my lap top?

Hi freinds, (You tube videos are running fine) Am trying to see some online videos from different sites(mainly Indian online movie sites)...........but, the video is not coming........am getting a box and an small icon on the top most left corner........the icon contans tree+sun+sky in minute size..........recently i downloaded the explorer 8 version ...........and i also downloaded the picasa's some stuff........so, pls. let me know that, - why video is not coming - wht i hv to down load - just now i downloaded the latest version of adobe flash player too, still no success - i can see YOU TUBE, Z share videos!!! pls. let me know thanq

1. Normally the cause of that is either your are in a country not inside the USA or you haven't downloaded the proper plugins. Good luck
2. video is not coming because theres some things u havent download you need to download adobe flash player 2!!!! its the most important!!! youtube doesnt really need any downloads, so of course itll work. (; hopee i helppeddd.
