Camp Rock Fan Questions (LONG)?

WARNING:LONG. If you're a die-hard fan of Camp Rock, hopefully you can answer these questions: First off, what hotel did the cast stay at? I know the set was in either Haliburton, Ontario, or Minden, Ontario, Canada. I got this bit of interview off mybliss.co.uk: “The entire cast – including the Jonas Brothers – stayed in the same hotel, which was close to the set in Canada,” reveals Demi Lovato. Any ideas? Second, there was a scene (I remembered this from the pop-up edition (first titled "What's What" edition, with pop-up facts and secrets of the movie on the screen) before "Mitchie" comes home for dinner (after the school scene) when Mitchie is shown working at "Barney's Burgers", but they said it was cut just days before it was supposed to be filmed. I guess what I'm trying to now ask is that I've looked on YouTube, and although it's a very popular video-sharing site, I can't seem to find any of the What's What edition of the movie. A similar question has been asked via Yahoo Answers, and one of the answers had a link with it directing people to all the parts of the special edition of Camp Rock, but it didn't take me there. Anyone know where to find the "What's What" edition of Camp Rock? Okay, moving on to the third question. I've seen lots of pictures of movie that are part of deleted scenes (more specifically, go to this link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQql1UMt2Jk title: Camp Rock RARE Deleted Scenes Stills (HQ)). Since there are pictures, I'm sure there are videos of those scenes hopefully. Obviously, they were deleted/cut/edited out of the movie, but I'm wondering if any videos of them will be leaked or released. Are there any already out? (If you have the DVD, there's a small bit of one of the scenes in the very beginning of "Network Like A Rockstar" under "How To Be A Rockstar", located in Bonus Features.) And lastly, I have found some DVD "easter Eggs", or, more commonly called, hidden bonus features. There's two that I've found so far (listed on the Camp Rock section of Wikipedia.org), the "We Rock Crew Video" (on the Camp Rock logo at the top of the main menu; highlight the FastPlay logo then press up once) and "1 2 3 4 Goodbye" (in Bonus Features, highlight Backstage Disney, then press right), Demi Lovato singing for the cast and crew. There's one more, as a rumor so far, but I haven't found it. According to the Camp Rock section of moviemansguide.com, they have stated that there is one "...short easter egg in the Music Video part of the disc (keep pressing down until you see a Pink Guitar)".
