how do i use contact list to forward email without typing in each email address?

i use to be able to point to the person on the contact list and that person would auto be added to send list.

1. Compose your message and when you are ready to send it, you click on the little "Insert addresses" link at top of the mail form. This brings up your contact list, check mark the names you want to send the message to, then click on the "Insert checked contacts' link at the top or bottom of the list. This places those addresses in your mail form and now you can send your message. Hope this helped.
